Hello William Boyd Chisum,
Praise the Lord! God calls many people to special ministries such as yours in testimony, music and proclamation. Some bury their talents, some misuse their gifts, and others put their hands to the plow and go on with Jesus..........You are responding to what you know in your head and feel in your heart that God wants you to do as a true messenger of Jesus.
Like Isaiah when God asked, "Who will go for us," you have also said, "Here am I Lord, send me." God uses those who are available and you have joined the ranks of an endless line of those who honor the Lord with their life and gifts.
Thank you for this update about your upcoming ordination. My prayers and gratitude flow into the big stream of those who stand with you in your willingness and eagerness to "give of your best to the Master."
May God's glorious Presence continue upon your life and that of your family in all the days ahead............The Holy Spirit of God will anoint you, inspire you, and empower you in the total ministry that God has for you...
Grace, joy, peace, and every other blessing from the Lord of grace and glory as you continue on your path of service to God and others.
